“Simulating Real Courtroom Experiences, Shaping Future Advocates”

Moot Court

At M.B. Khalsa Law College, the Moot Court Hall is a cornerstone of practical legal training. Designed to mirror real courtrooms, it provides students with a dynamic space to engage in mock trials, legal drafting, and advocacy simulations.

Here, students step into the shoes of lawyers and judges—arguing cases, interpreting laws, and presenting evidence. These experiential learning sessions build core legal competencies such as case analysis, legal research, courtroom etiquette, and persuasive communication.

Under the guidance of experienced legal professionals and faculty, our students not only participate in internal moots but also compete at national and international levels—gaining confidence, clarity, and a deep understanding of judicial processes.

The Moot Court Hall is where theory meets practice, nurturing a generation of ethical, articulate, and fearless legal minds.
